Toe Disassociation
2-3x1min per foot. Use your hands for assistance as needed when trying to not move all the toes together :)

Foot rock & drop
A fantastic exercise to find a rhythm and flow. connecting with the feet and preparing the body to move. Great for squats! 2-3x30-60s of flowing is great!

Short Foot Exercise
3x1 min of reps holding each for 3s OR hold for the full minute!

Foot Doming
3x1 minutes of reps or a 1 minute hold. Similar to the short foot but subtly different! This will fatigue the feet in the best kind of ways.
